President.

Tim Fitzgerald has been a prominent figure in both the restoration contracting business and the property and casualty insurance industry on both a local and national level since 1989. His unique knowledge and experience of the inter-working relationship between these two industries has resulted in the ability to assess and analyze property damage from the perspective of the insurance company as well as the construction aspects involved in the physical restoration of the property. Combined with Tim’s strong communication skills, these attributes typically contribute to effectively bring about a fair and reasonable claim settlement between the insurance carrier and the property owner.

The work experience developed from both industries has also proved to be a valuable resource with Tim’s involvement on large loss situations where emergency repairs are required to mitigate damages and/or permanent repairs are needed to be expedited to reduce business interruption exposure. Emergency services of this nature are typically required and performed prior to the involvement of the insurance company or adjuster. When these emergency services are performed, the needs and requirements of the insurance company in the adjustment of the loss are recognized and incorporated into the scope of work. This results in the preservation of the loss sight and/or evidence for any cause and origin investigation for any potential involving the subrogation recovery aspects of the claim.

Tim’s diverse background involving the aspects of restoration contracting and claim handling procedures has resulted in the development of strong working relationships with both insurance claim departments and property owners that have come to recognize and depend upon his contributions and services.
