The Company

The principals for Partners' Restoration & Construction developed their values and objectives during a time when the insurance related re-construction industry was largely dependent upon personal relationships. Those relationships were enhanced and solidified through a reliance on the respective individual who presented an honest and fair assessment of damage along with a reasonable and competitive cost of repairs. These attributes, in conjunction with providing a quality work product that consistently exceeded the customer's expectation level, have resulted in an increased confidence level in the company's ability to perform the work in a timely, quality-oriented manner.

Recent trends in the industry have demonstrated a movement away from the values and proven success of the personal working relationships. Large national corporations have impacted the industry with the widespread acquisition of multiple general contracting firms, imposing rigid profit structures and incorporating a substantial amount of corporate overhead. The resulting effect has inhibited their ability to be cost competitive, allows less attention to work quality and time commitments and has brought about a general decline in the customer's confidence level in the ability of the company's performance.

Partners' Restoration & Construction, LLC will incorporate the proven and documented performance records of its two principals, while continuing to embody the same work ethic and commitment to quality service which our customers have come to expect and depend upon. These same attributes will also be incorporated into the company's overall philosophy and objectives and will be expected from all representatives of Partners' Restoration & Construction, LLC.
